On-Line Formulary

As the Chair of the ACLAM eFormulary Committee, I would like to introduce you to the on-line Formulary in excel format. This is the raw information that goes into the electronic database. We are also working on a concurrent electronic version of the database to be made available in the future programmed by our own, Tom Meier. The majority of the information is in the master table (the very first tab). There is other information on tabs in the table that help you to understand how information was put into the spreadsheet including abbreviations and categories. The committee is looking to get more up to date information (2018-2021) into the database soon!  The table lists doses by species, drug category, dose, route, frequency, duration, source of information and PMC and PMCID codes so that you can reference the article the information originated from.  If you have trouble using the file, notice errors or have comments about functions of the future electronic database, please let me know.

Sincerely,
Karen L. Rogers
