Dear American College of Laboratory Animal Medicine,

The Office of Research Infrastructure Programs (ORIP) is seeking your input!

As part of ORIP’s strategic planning process, we have just released a request for information (RFI), NOT-OD-20-050: “FY 2021-2025 Strategic Plan for the Office of Research Infrastructure Programs: Division of Comparative Medicine and Division of Construction and Instruments Programs.”

ORIP (https://orip.nih.gov/), located within the NIH’s Office of the Director, supports research infrastructure resources for models of human diseases; the acquisition of cutting edge instrumentation; alteration, renovation, and modernization of physical infrastructure; and training the next generations of researchers through the Division of Comparative Medicine and the Division of Construction and Instruments Programs.

This RFI seeks input from the research community and other interested stakeholders about ORIP’s future directions and program priorities.

This RFI will be open for comment through February 7, 2020.

Please consider responding to this RFI! Help spread the word about this RFI by sharing it with your interested members and colleagues.
